These terms apply to www.venaarc.in, the website of VENAARC Engineering Private Limited. By using the site you accept them. They cover the website itself - the work we do for you is governed by the proposal and contract you sign, and where the two differ, the signed contract wins.
Everything on this site - system sizes, prices, payback periods, generation figures, timelines - is published to help you form a realistic picture of rooftop and ground-mounted solar. It is general information, not a commitment to any particular outcome on your property.
We keep it as accurate as we reasonably can, but specifications, product availability, tariffs and government rules change. We may update or correct any page without notice.
Figures produced by our solar calculator, or quoted in any preliminary discussion, are estimates and are not binding. They are modelled from typical irradiance, typical tariff slabs and the numbers you enter.
Your actual system size, price and savings depend on things that can only be established on site: shadow-free roof area, roof structure and condition, your real load profile, the sanctioned load on your connection, cable runs and the distance to your meter. A binding price and a firm generation expectation are issued only after a VENAARC site survey, in a written proposal.
Any central or state subsidy referred to on this site - including the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana - is administered by the government, not by us. Eligibility, the amount, and whether the scheme is open at all are decided entirely by the scheme rules in force at the time, by your DISCOM and by the National Portal. Subsidy amounts shown here are indicative and subject to eligibility.
The same applies to net metering: approval, timelines and the settlement arrangement are TANGEDCO's / your DISCOM's to decide under the prevailing TNERC regulations. We prepare and file the applications and follow them up, and we will tell you honestly where a case stands, but we cannot guarantee a sanction or a date.
Module, inverter, battery and mounting-structure warranties are given by the respective manufacturers, on their terms, and are passed through to you. A "25-year module performance warranty" means the manufacturer's published degradation warranty, subject to their conditions - not a promise by VENAARC that a panel will never fail.
Our own responsibility is for workmanship and installation, for the period stated in your contract, and for helping you raise and pursue a manufacturer warranty claim. Warranties can be voided by unauthorised modification, physical damage, or neglect of the cleaning and maintenance schedule we hand over with the system.
Photographs, renders and 3D layouts on this site may be representative rather than a photograph of the exact system you would receive. Project references illustrate the type of work we do; component brands and specifications vary from project to project and are confirmed in your proposal.

We aim to keep the site up and working, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may take it down for maintenance, or change or withdraw any part of it, at any time.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from your use of this website.
We may revise these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
